The "High-End Wind Power Precision Reducer Intelligent Digital Factory" has a total investment of 600 million yuan, covering an area of 138 acres, with a total building area of over 60,000 square meters. By deeply integrating information technology with manufacturing, it has achieved comprehensive coverage of 11 intelligent manufacturing processes and 19 intelligent manufacturing scenarios, from factory construction and product development to model innovation. The entire factory is fully covered by a 5G network, enabling networking and communication for all intelligent equipment. AI tools are introduced to optimize development processes, and digital twin technology is deployed to build a full-dimensional digital mapping from equipment to the park, significantly enhancing production collaboration efficiency. By using MES and SAP systems to build intelligent scheduling, it achieves multi-process linked production scheduling and dynamic resource allocation, greatly enhancing production flexibility. It also establishes laser + visual navigation AGV vehicles for unmanned logistics in the park, a WMS intelligent warehousing system, and a visual centralized control dispatch planning management center to achieve intelligent management of production data.

In terms of product development, the Weili Transmission Smart Factory integrates the APQP4Wind standard into the PLM system, utilizing static, fatigue, and full-machine simulation analysis to optimize design solutions, identify and mitigate failure risks in advance, accelerate prototype iteration, and shorten the development cycle. Through an independent CNAS-certified laboratory, new products undergo full-scenario validation such as salt spray tests and fatigue life tests to ensure the reliability of core components under extreme conditions.
