On July 17, 2025, the Party School of the CPC Ningxia District Committee (Ningxia Administrative College) organized 110 new party branch secretaries to participate in an on-site teaching activity at Yinchuan Weili Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. In the discussion, the company highlighted the achievements of the "Dual Cultivation" project. Through initiatives like "Mentorship" and "Party Member Workshops," the company has successfully nurtured over 30 key personnel into active party membership candidates, and 5 party members have grown into technical experts, forming a politically strong and highly skilled team of party members. The participants showed great interest in this talent cultivation model and engaged in in-depth discussions on the specific implementation details.

During the visit, the fruitful results of technology innovation led by Party building became a highlight. The "Technical Tackling Team," composed of key Party members, fully played a pioneering role, leading the R&D team to successfully overcome key technical challenges such as the sealing structure of output gear shafts, and obtained over 200 patent authorizations, achieving a significant breakthrough in the localization of wind power gearboxes. This series of innovative achievements fully demonstrates the leading and exemplary role of Party building in tackling core technologies and industrial upgrading.

This on-site teaching activity, through various forms such as field visits, case explanations, and interactive exchanges, provided trainees with replicable and adaptable experiences in non-public enterprise party building.
